We manufacture our ExcelClad stables and field shelters on site in Shropshire using only the finest tanalised treated timber and our ExcelClad premium quality steel roofing sheets, barge and galvanised corners and trims.

Fixed and mobile Stables and Field Shelters
Our fixed and mobile stables and field shelters are strong and durable to protect your horses from the harshest of weather ranging from violent winds, torrential rain, ice and snow as well as offering shelter from the hot summer sun.
Our field shelters come in standard sizes ranging from 12×12 to 36×12 but your building can be configured in any way to suit your requirements. For example, you could have 2 no. 12×12 stables with a 12×12 shelter and a 6×12 tack room. Or a 12×12 stable with a 12×12 shelter. We can design a fully bespoke building to suit your requirements. There are so many options!
All buildings come complete with:
- Tanalised treated timber framing and cladding
- Coated steel roof sheets and barge boards
- For stables, bottom door complete with galvanised door bolt, hinges and kick latches (horse or pony size doors also available, all doors pre-hung within panel for easy assembly)
- Galvanised steel trims, corners and chew strips
- Fixings
- Simple self-assembly instructions
Optional extras:
- Stable top door complete with galvanised door bolt and hinges
- 4ft double skinned Partition with galvanised chew strip
- For field shelters, galvanised or wooden gates which can be easily removed, making your field shelter a versatile building
- 6′ x 12′ Tack room/feed store
- 18mm Plyboard, 11mm OSB Timber board or Stokbord kickboards
- 18mm OSB Timber floor with frame
- GRP roof lights
- Black PVC guttering
- Heavy duty fully steel skids or tanalised timber skids with part galvanised capping
- This enables the building to be moved freely around the paddock or to a different location
- Hay Bars, hay racks, tie rings, tack room racking and hanging accessories
- Premium quality rubber matting
All our stables and shelters are designed for easy self-assembly.
Each building comes with instructions and are quick and simple to erect.
